Recommended Welding Parameters for 71T-1M FCAW Wire
The 71T-1M flux cored welding wire is available in a wire diameter of 1.2 mm. The recommended amperage range is 130 to 300 amperes, using DCEP (Electrode Positive).
This wire is suitable for welding with COâ‚‚ or mixed shielding gases. When using mixed shielding gas, it is recommended to reduce the voltage by 1 to 2 volts to achieve optimal arc stability and bead profile.
